Sejarah Singkat: Dari Desa ke Kancah Internasional
Perjalanan BRI dimulai di Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, pada tanggal 16 Desember 1895. Saat itu, nama bank ini adalah Poerwokertosche Hulp en Spaarbank der Inlandsche Hoofden atau Bank Bantuan dan Simpanan Milik Kaum Priyayi Purwokerto. Tujuannya sederhana, yaitu membantu masyarakat pribumi yang membutuhkan modal usaha dan menyediakan tempat menabung yang aman.
Seiring waktu, bank ini mengalami berbagai perubahan nama dan restrukturisasi, hingga akhirnya pada tahun 1992, BRI resmi menjadi Perseroan Terbatas dengan nama PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Transformasi ini menjadi tonggak penting yang mengantarkan BRI menjadi salah satu bank terbesar dan paling berpengaruh di Indonesia.

The BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Business Enabler is Bank BRI’s premier management trainee initiative, specially designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders across a wide range of banking functions. Whether it’s Human Capital, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Network Operations, Funding Transactions, or other critical areas. This program also prepares you to take on impactful roles in the banking industry. As a participant, you will embark on a fast-paced, immersive development experience that combines practical, on-the-job training with strategic projects that directly influence the bank’s direction. Throughout the program, you will rotate through multiple departments, gaining valuable insights and skills while working closely with experienced mentors and senior leaders. This hands-on exposure allows you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s operations and challenges. The BFLP is not just a training program—it is a stepping stone toward a leadership career where you will drive innovation, champion customer-centric growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of banking at Bank BRI.

- Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, IELTS score of 5,5 or equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
- Age limits:
Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
- Must be single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
