Sejarah Singkat: Dari Desa ke Kancah Internasional
Perjalanan BRI dimulai di Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, pada tanggal 16 Desember 1895. Saat itu, nama bank ini adalah Poerwokertosche Hulp en Spaarbank der Inlandsche Hoofden atau Bank Bantuan dan Simpanan Milik Kaum Priyayi Purwokerto. Tujuannya sederhana, yaitu membantu masyarakat pribumi yang membutuhkan modal usaha dan menyediakan tempat menabung yang aman.
Seiring waktu, bank ini mengalami berbagai perubahan nama dan restrukturisasi, hingga akhirnya pada tahun 1992, BRI resmi menjadi Perseroan Terbatas dengan nama PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Transformasi ini menjadi tonggak penting yang mengantarkan BRI menjadi salah satu bank terbesar dan paling berpengaruh di Indonesia.

This program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of various consumer financing products, including mortgage loans, auto loans, credit card and other consumer loan products, along with the skills to assess customer needs and risk profiles. Participants will also develop the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders such as institutional businesses clients, merchants, and property developers. In addition, the program trains participants in market analysis techniques to identify and develop consumer products according to customer needs and design marketing strategies that support the sustainable growth of the bank’s consumer banking business. BFLP Consumer Banking encourages you to learn comprehensively, equipping you to become a future leader in BRI’s Consumer Banking Business.
Analyze and develop strategies for consumer lending products, such as mortgage loans, auto loans, credit card, unsecured loans and other consumer loan products.
Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with institutional clients, developers, merchants, principles and dealership networks.
Designing consumer business product concept covering loan schemes, competitive interest rate setting, product and sales promotion, risk mitigation, legal aspects, credit monitoring and recovery.
Studying the Fundamentals of Finance and Investment, including banking products (savings, time deposits, current accounts), investment products (mutual funds, bonds, stocks, structured products), and the principles of portfolio diversification.
What You’ll Do
Developing marketing strategies, marketing plans, and sales programs for the consumer banking business.
Creating product development and business strategies for consumer banking.
Establish active partnerships and communication with stakeholders (including institutional businesses clients, merchants, and property developers)

- Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Open to all academic majors.
- Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
- Age limits:
Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
