Job Descriptions

Conducting visits and socialization sessions related to benefits, products, claim procedures, and endorsements for all BNI Life Employee Pension & Severance Fund clients to maintain client persistency.

Preparing and regularly evaluating reports for the following data:

a. Annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and tri-quarterly data of all BNI Life Employee Pension & Severance Fund clients, along with periodic data reconciliation.

b. Customer service activities for Employee Pension & Severance Fund clients / after-sales services (monthly reports, endorsements, data changes, invoices, claims processing), in coordination with relevant divisions.

Resolving complaints and grievances from BNI Life Employee Pension & Severance Fund clients regarding BNI Life services by coordinating with the relevant divisions.

Preparing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the Employee Pension & Severance Fund, including any amendments or addendums for all clients.

Providing after-sales services and administrative processes for Employee Pension & Severance Fund clients (including client notifications, internal memos, and other relevant documents).

Monitoring and maintaining proper filing of all documentation.
Persyaratan:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / related majors

Fresh graduate or with a minimum of 1 (one) year of work experience

Possesses knowledge of individual and health insurance business

Good negotiation skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic

Strong communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
